Carolyn Masuoka

Carolyn is a ritualist, mythic storyteller, and soul archivist rooted in the Pacific Northwest. She weaves together clinical precision, ancestral memory, and metaphysical depth to help others understand their lives as symbolic landscapes. Her work honors thresholds, lineage echoes, and the subtle architecture of energy that shapes human experience.

Her intuitive roots stretch back to childhood, where the unseen was simply part of the household vocabulary. Her grandfather — an inventor who kept dream journals — experienced unusual phenomena that were openly discussed in the family, shaping Carolyn’s early comfort with mystery. Her mother introduced her to tarot, numerology, palmistry, and astrology before she was seven, and by her early teens, she had built her own metaphysical library, devouring Mysteries of the Unknown and the full Man, Myth & Magic series. As an adult, Carolyn spent seven years teaching ritual work to young women, guiding them in opening and closing energy circles, floor work, public speaking, philanthropy, and ceremonial presence.

Since 2013, she has served as an interviewer and researcher with White Light Paranormal Insight, a psychic‑led paranormal team focused on energetic resolution. Her role includes client interviews, case documentation, and historical and geographical research — providing the symbolic and factual foundation for the team’s intuitive investigations.

Her formal metaphysical education includes five consecutive years of immersive study under Dr. Athena Perrakis at Sage Goddess, where she earned accredited certifications in healing arts, ritual design, intuitive development, elemental work, crystal mastery, manifestation, and oracle practice. After a year of integration, she returned to study in late 2025 to continue her lineage, including formal Tarot training.

Carolyn and Jason spent several years learning and participating in the community at Vision 8 Studios, where they took classes from a dozen instructors and served on the board in its final months. Together, they also co‑hosted The Mysterious Multiverse podcast, exploring symbolic and intuitive topics with humor and depth.

At OGC, Carolyn teaches Reading Your Birth Chart and Opening & Closing Energy Circles, and co‑facilitates Tarot and intuitive development classes with Jason. Her offerings invite students into sacred inquiry, where memory becomes medicine, symbols become teachers, and personal history becomes a source of collective wisdom.

Karen Frazier

Karen Frazier is an intuitive energy healer and best-selling author with titles that have been published all around the world and translated into multiple languages. Her books explore energy healing and metaphysical topics, including crystal healing, Reiki, psychic abilities, dream interpretation, numerology, angel numbers, manifestation, energy healing, meditation, the paranormal, and more.

As a speaker and instructor, Karen has traveled extensively across the United States, teaching and speaking on topics from her books, including at Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia Beach, VA, and Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in NY’s Hudson Valley. Karen has appeared in documentary films, radio, podcasts, and television shows, speaking about her work

Karen believes in taking a body-mind-spirit approach to wellness. She's a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master-Teacher who has taught and attuned hundreds of Reiki practitioners. Along with teaching and offering energy healing both remotely and in person, Karen is currently pursuing her Certified Personal Trainer credential from the American Council on Exercise, with specializations in active aging, nutrition, and behavior change. She has also published more than a dozen cookbooks featuring whole, nutritious foods for people with special dietary needs. Karen brings all this knowledge together in her classes and consultations, helping people discover the connection between body, mind, and spirit and integrate it into a spiritual growth and wellness-focused lifestyle.  

An ordained metaphysical minister through the International Metaphysical Ministry, Karen earned Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in metaphysics from the University of Metaphysics and a PhD in Metaphysical Parapsychology from the University of Sedona. She’s also a sound healer, the former host of the Intention Is Everything podcast, and the current co-host of the Mindful Mystics Podcast and Paranormal Underground Radio.

Jim Frazier

Jim earned his nuclear training in the US Navy, serving for more than a decade as a reactor operator. He has a passion for discovering the science that may underlie the mysteries of the universe.

Jim often helps Karen teach her classes, and he has attended many conferences and workshops about paranormal and metaphysical topics.

A speaker at the Oregon Ghost Conference, Jim has taught about quantum physics and spirituality. He was a founding member of Spirit Healing & Resolution. He’s a Shinpidin Reiki Master and a student of the universe. He has long had a fascination with quantum mechanics and the implications of observed metaphysical phenomena.

Jim is also a Scorpio stellium, so he’s pretty much a magical SOB. He has a gift for breaking down extremely complex subjects in a way that anyone can understand.
